Ordering
Having placed an order with us you will receive a confirmation email containing
your details. We process payments using PayPal and they will debit your card at
point of order.
Fulfilment of Videos
All video products are delivered via email and should be with you within 48 hours. In the case when there is a delay in the generation of the video we will be in touch with you to let you know.
Video Expiry
You have 21 days to download your video after creation, once this date has expired you will no longer be able to download the video to your computer, phone or tablet.
Spellings
You are responsible for the spelling and grammar and ensuring that the names, addresses
and other information are correct. Please make sure all spelling and grammar are
thoroughly checked, as we can not be responsible for any mistakes.
Cancelling
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds because once your order hits our servers
we might have already started producing your text message.
Returns and Refunds
Your text message should arrive when requested. However if there is any issues or you
are unhappy with anything for any reason please contact us by
clicking here with your order number and detail any problems you have experienced.
We will then advise you of our returns/refunds procedure.

Payment will be taken in full at the time of ordering. The prices listed on the
site are in UK pounds. We reserve the right to change any advertised price at any
time.
The contract will not be concluded until we have received your valid credit card
charge or debit card payment details, and we have accepted your on-line order and
sent you confirmation by return e-mail to the address you have given us during the
ordering procedure.
We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.
Statutory Rights
Any contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further
to, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance
with the laws of England, and you and Fuel Tank Media irrevocably submit to the
non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court.
As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
